About OwnerTenant

OwnerTenant started as a single room where the owners of one South Beach, Florida property could talk about the place they shared. It grew the way a good building does: tenants had things to say, then the neighbors did too, and the rooms kept multiplying. Then came the Board Room, where associations post announcements and reach every member by email.

Today OwnerTenant gives any property in the United States its own set of forums — for owners, tenants, neighbors, and boards — free to join and simple to use. Find your property and you're in.

It was built by a software designer with a career of public-service systems behind him — Florida's Organ Transplant Database, case management for US Customs and the DEA, and incident management for Central Florida police departments. The design principle from all of them carries over here: build it modular, so it can become whatever its users need next.

That's where you come in. If you see anything that would make OwnerTenant better, press Ideas on any page and tell us. The best parts of this site exist because someone asked for them.
