Volunteer as a local admin

OwnerTenant is built to be run by the people who live in the communities it serves. As the site grows building by building and county by county, local volunteers help at their own location:

• Welcoming new members and helping verify that owner applications match county property records.
• Finding and entering links to helpful local services — county offices, utilities, neighborhood organizations — for their building and area.
• Introducing local businesses that may want to sponsor their community's pages.

How compensation works

The community tasks are volunteer work — done by neighbors, for neighbors. Money enters in two ways:

• Sponsor commissions. When a sponsor you introduce advertises on OwnerTenant, you earn a share of what they pay, for as long as they stay.
• Area managers. Volunteers who take on a whole neighborhood or county — supporting its building volunteers and its sponsors — earn an additional share of their area's sponsor revenue.

Full terms come with the volunteer agreement before you start — no surprises, nothing to buy, and you can step back at any time.
